Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mrpectus products, digital courses, coaching services, and website. By purchasing or using any mrpectus service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and courses

Digital products (courses, programs, ebooks) are delivered electronically upon purchase. Access is granted to the purchaser only and is non-transferable. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any digital content purchased from mrpectus.

Physical products (vacuum bell, braces) are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Risk passes to you upon delivery. Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

2. Refund policy

30 days, on everything. If a product isn't what you expected, email [email protected] within 30 days and you get your money back. There is no form, no minimum, and you don't have to explain yourself.

Digital products (courses, programs, guides, ebooks): 30 days from purchase. How much of it you read makes no difference - you have to read a guide to know whether it was worth buying, so being told you consumed too much of it to refund would defeat the point.

Physical products (vacuum bell, braces): 30 days from the day it arrives, and it does not need to be unused or in its original packaging. These are built to your measurements and the only way to know whether the fit is right is to wear it. Email first and we'll try to fix the fit - most problems are a sizing adjustment, not a wrong product - and if it still isn't right, send it back for a full refund of what you paid, shipping included. You cover return postage; use a tracked service, because a parcel that never arrives can't be refunded.

Coaching: 30 days from the start of your first month. If it isn't working for you, say so and that month is refunded, sessions already held or not. Nothing renews automatically, so there is never a charge to cancel.

Pre-orders: refundable at any point before the product is delivered, and for 30 days after. If a stated delivery date moves, you'll be emailed before it does and can take a refund instead of waiting.

3. Coaching services

Coaching sessions are conducted remotely via video call. Sessions are scheduled and confirmed by email. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your condition and medical history relevant to your coaching programme.

Coaching provided by mrpectus is educational and does not constitute medical advice. Mihail Veleski is not a licensed medical professional. All protocol recommendations should be discussed with a qualified healthcare provider before implementation.

4. Medical disclaimer

All content on mrpectus - including courses, blog articles, coaching, and product descriptions - is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not be treated as such.

5. Intellectual property

All content on mrpectus - including text, images, video, course materials, and protocols - is the intellectual property of Mihail Veleski / mrpectus and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. Affiliate programme

Affiliates are bound by the terms of their affiliate agreement in addition to these Terms. Affiliates must not engage in misleading promotion, spam, or any practices that violate applicable laws. mrpectus reserves the right to terminate affiliate relationships and withhold commissions for violations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mrpectus and Mihail Veleski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to physical injury, health outcomes, or loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
