Your Guide

I had it.
I fixed it.

I'm Mihail. I had pectus excavatum. Instead of surgery, I spent a decade testing every non-surgical approach I could find - exercises, breathing protocols, vacuum bells, custom braces.

I fixed my own chest. Then I built a system so you can too.

The protocols I teach are the exact ones that worked for me, and for over a thousand people since. I run this alone. Every inquiry comes to me directly.

What I Treat

Three conditions.
Three different plans.

These three behave nothing alike, so I don't hand out the same plan for all of them. Each one gets its own non-surgical route.

Most commonPectus excavatum - a chest with the sternum sunken below the surrounding ribs

Pectus Excavatum

A sunken, caved-in chest - the sternum sits deeper than the ribs around it.

Pectus carinatum - a chest with the sternum and ribs pushed outward

Pectus Carinatum

A protruding, pigeon chest - the sternum and ribs push outward.

Rib flare - lower ribs angled outward and up instead of sitting flat

Rib Flare

Lower ribs that flare outward and up instead of sitting flat.

My son is 15 and had started keeping a shirt on in the pool, which is how I worked out something was wrong in the first place, because he certainly wasn't going to tell me. He would never have stuck with the brace on his own. It was the fortnightly check-ins that did it - he didn't want to turn up with nothing to report. What people ask
before they begin.

The four that come up most, answered the same way I would answer them on a call.

Take the 60-second quiz
How long before I see a change?+

Posture and breathing shift inside the first few weeks. Visible chest change is slower - in the case log above, Milo hit his at 2 months, Ian at 6. The programs run 16 weeks because that is how long it takes to show in the mirror.

Am I too old for this to work?+

Almost certainly not. The clients on this page were 22 to 32 when they started. Cartilage stiffens with age, so progress is slower, but slower is not stopped. Age changes the timeline, not whether it is worth doing.

Do I need a gym, or can I do this at home?+

Either works. Every program ships with a gym track and a no-equipment track for the same 16 weeks, and you can switch between them mid-program without losing your place.

Pectus excavatum, carinatum, rib flare - is it the same plan?+

No, and that matters. A sunken chest and a protruding chest need close to opposite work, and rib flare rides along with both. There is a separate program for each, if you are not sure which you have, the 60-second quiz sorts it out.

  • Direct access to me
WhatsApp and weekly check-ins. No support tickets, no waiting.
  • Custom-fitted equipment
Bell and/or brace built specifically for your chest dimensions.

How it works
01
Case intake
You send your case - condition, severity, history, goals. Your entire protocol gets built from this, and I'll tell you honestly if a course or product is enough instead.
02
Custom protocol built
I write your full correction plan. Equipment, exercise sequence, breathing protocol, daily schedule - everything specific to your measurements and severity.
03
Equipment fitted & shipped
If you need a vacuum bell or brace, I build it to your measurements and ship it directly. Setup video call included.
04
Bi-weekly check-ins
Every two weeks I go through your progress photos and measurements and ask how the protocol actually feels to live with. Then I rewrite the parts that need rewriting.
05
Direct access between sessions
You have my WhatsApp. Questions between check-ins get answered same day. No ticketing system, no waiting a week.
