How long will the coaching last?

I have intolerance for certain foods. Will I be able to gain weight like most people?

Food intolerance is not an issue at all. I will work with you to learn how to integrate the food that your body tolerates into your diet so you will meet your nutritional needs. As you may already know, most of us with pectus excavatum are very skinny, so gaining weight can make the deformity less noticeable. Don't be afraid of food intolerances. We will find a suitable alternative that works for you.

Do I need to track every single meal I eat in order to gain weight?

No, you don't. I never counted any macros or meals prepped. I always thought it was a tricky thing to do. I don't want you to track your food for the rest of your life, and I will teach you how. I will develop a nutritional strategy that you can enjoy and stay consistent with, and that won't break the bank. If you like tracking your meals, you can do it, but it is not a requirement.

How many hours per week do I need to commit to training?

The least amount of training that I will require you to do is two times a week for 30 minutes for each workout. That's 60 minutes of weightlifting a week, where I will need you to train your entire body with three or four compound exercises. We can also customize the workout session length depending on how much time you have to train or how motivated you feel you are. For the best results, you'll want to commit to the gym for 3-4 days a week, for 45 minutes for each workout.

How soon can I see results?

This coaching program is not a quick-fix solution for your pectus excavatum deformity.
